I'm pleased to announce PySVN WorkBench 1.3.0 a SVN GUI.

New in this release:

* Improved history/log display shows changed paths for each revision
* Command shell and file browser support KDE and Gnome
* Smart rename allows added and modified files to be renamed
* Smart delete allows modified files to be deleted
* Prototype Cut-n-Paste of files and folder
* All reported problems fixed
* Binary kits built against PySVN 1.4.0 and Subversion 1.3.0

* Same Look and Feel across Windows, Mac OS X and Unix
* Integration of custom command shell and editor
