svn client error on Windowx XP

Hi All
I am experiencing sporadic errors described below. Any tips will be
greatly appreciated:

We have a svn server on a Linux box and svn client 1.2.3 (command level)
on a Windows 2003 XP server with 8 CPUS.

I do 4 concurrent svn export and I get the following error sporadically (but more frequently). And the
export fails thereafter.
I have not experienced this problem on Linux or Solaris.
