Merging issue

Hi,

I've not been able to find an entry in the issue tracker related to this issue.
Should I log an request for enhancement in the issue tracker ?

Hi,

I just bumped into an issue with svn merge - which occurs when the
working copy is not issued from the same repository as the merge-from
source files - and I found in the archive a description of the symptom
(and a suggested fix):

but I did not find a matching bug report.

Has this bug been logged ? I did not find it when I queried the issue tracker.
I think it has not been fixed, at least in svn 1.2.3, I did not get a
chance to try 1.3.0 yet.
