folder is locked,m cannot unlock:

help please - here's the sequence:
E:\dev\MM_stable\database\src\biz\structuredelements\database\om>svnadmin
rmlocks "E:\source control\database" map
Path 'map' isn't locked.

E:\dev\MM_stable\database\src\biz\structuredelements\database\om>svn
commit map
svn: Working copy
'E:\dev\MM_stable\database\src\biz\structuredelements\database\om' locked
svn: run 'svn cleanup' to remove locks (type 'svn help cleanup' for details)

E:\dev\MM_stable\database\src\biz\structuredelements\database\om>svn cleanup
svn: In directory 'map'
svn: Can't copy
'map\.svn\tmp\text-base\MetaPropertyMapBuilder.java.svn-base' to
'map\MetaPropertyMapBuilder.java.6.tmp': The system cannot find the file
specified.
