Also you may wish to add an SSH client.

  I have just started using SVNSERVE, with TortoiseSVN. I am using it on Windows XP and i am able to check out any Repsitory from the server, but when i commit any changes, following error appears:

  Commit Failed:(Details)
  Connection is Read-Only.

  I have provided the Write-access even to unauthorised user in svnserve.conf file, but it shows the same error.

  Anybody, please help me out.
