FSFS-style repository on NFS-mount

Hello,

has anybody gathered experience with setting up an FSFS-backed repository in
an NFS-mounted directory?

I have read the NFS-related topics in the FAQ and the SVN book but got the
impression that most of it applies more or less only to BDB-backed
repositories. I got the impression that FSFS is a totally different story.
