but the subversion team provides a rh7 binary rpm package of apache 2.0.48 without apsx or apsx2.
who compiled it if it's not the subversion team?

FWIW, my Apache 2.2.0, installed on Mac OS X 10.4.4 with DarwinPorts,  does include the apxs binary.
