Did you already check if the ss.ini file is stored in that location?

BTW, the vss2svn project has its own mailing list at HYPERLINK
"mailto:users@vss2svn.tigris.org"users@vss2svn.tigris.org.
You'll probably find more detailed replies on your questions there.

regards,

Lieven.

Subject: Source Safe Migration

I installed using the file available at HYPERLINK
"http://svn1clicksetup.tigris.org/"http://svn1clicksetup.tigris.org/ . It
installs Subversion, TortoiseSVN, SVNService and a repository at C:\svnrepos

I have been using vss2svn.pl migration script to migrate from source safe to
subversion.

It seems to have stopped working for some reason. The error message is:-

Could not open user init file C:\Source Safe/users/username/ss.ini at
C:\svnrepos\vss2svn.pl line 722.

Has anyone else had a similar error?

I have the correct variables in the environmental variables for path and
SSDIR. The only thing that I can think of that is different is, yesterday I
managed to get Subversion integrated into the VB6 IDE using Pushok. I had
been using a test ssafe database. I created a new subversion repository and
then tried to migrate our whole ssafe database into it. It failed with the
above error. I tried again to migrate the test one and it then also failed
with the above error.

thanks

Allister
