Yes, about the data in the repo. The differences (delta) between two
revisions are now stored differently. But it is still backward compatible.
You do NOT have to do a dump/reload cycle if you don't want to. But when I
did it for 1.2, my impression was, that the speed difference was quit
noticeable.
