You can create a build script that will get the change log in XML format
and then use an XSL file to display that to the user. That's what I do.
I don't publish it to a site, tho. I simply include the generated HTML
file into my distributable package.

Are there any scripts that can be used to publish changesets via a
webserver? Trac is fantastic for this purpose, but I am looking into
simpler publishing alternatives.
