Repository Backup Problem

Dear Sir,

I have created a Repository named "Zed Axis Projects" based on FSFS. Now
when I tried to take the backup of this repository
with <svnadmin hotcopy [Current Repos Path] [Backup Repository Path]>
command.
It gives me the error: "svnadmin: Can't open file 'd:\Projects\Zed\format':
The system cannot find the path specified.
Kindly give the resolution ASAP.
