Our server is svn-1.2.0 running on SuSE Linux 9.1. Off campus on
separate network. The students are trying to access our server from
within their campus which runs MS proxy server.

Do you suggest the problem can be resolved by using svn 1.3.0 within
their campus or do I have to upgrade to 1.3.0?
