In my testing of libsvn_wc last week, I found that commits of very
large files aren't interruptable. In my tests, it could take up to 5
minutes before a ^C was acted upon.

Progress reporting as well as interruptability can be addressed/solved
by adding a progress notifier to svn_txdelta_transmit_deltas.

Comments? File as enhancement issue?

bye,

Erik.
