repos overview page

Hi out there,
Happy New Year!!
I've read somewhere that there will be the feature in svn 1.3 to display
an overview page over the different repos on a server (using
apache....). Where can I find some infos about that? At the moment I'm
doing some design work for a new server, which should use the 1.3 if its
out.....
