Support for Symlinks on Windows

I'd like to see support for folder symlinks on Windows. NTFS v5 or
greater supports "junction points", or "reparse points" which are
symlinks (for folders). I use this utility
http://www.elsdoerfer.info/ntfslink/ to create and manage symlinks on
Windows.
