Issue Tracking / Project Managment with SVN Integration

Hi all,

In the past couple of months, there were several posts about a project
management application with SVN integration. I'm in the process of
developing an application and would like some feedback from the list on this
subject.

Right now, I've built a rough framework for the task/issue tracking, a SVN
repository browser, but now with sights set on integrating SVN. A couple of
ideas I had are:

- Create new projects within a repository with tracking properties
for the issue tracking system

- Manage user permission/level access to project folders

- Manage which developers on a project will receive SVN commit logs
via email

If you like to contact me off list, that is fine.

Oh, does anyone know of any "stable" PHP bindings? I thought I read
somewhere that someone was working on a PHP binding for SVN as part of
Google's Summer of Code.

Thanks.
