Integrating subversion & apache on Linux Red Hat

From: <JF.Jodouin_at_acecomm.com>

Hi,

I’m a neophyte with both apache & subversion, and so apologise in advance

if the answer is obvious to the more experienced of you !

I’ve installed both subversion and apache on a Linux PC.

Both work well separately, and in particular, running “make check” for subversion comes up clean.

When I modify the apache httpd.conf file to include the subversion modules:

(LoadModule dav_svn_module modules/mod_dav_svn.so directive)

apache complains of an undefined symbol in the mod_dav_svn.so library:  dav_xml_get_cdata

Any pointers appreciated !

Thanks in advance,

jf
