And, of course, there's WebSVN (http://websvn.tigris.org/); Trac (http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/) should also fit the bill, though I haven't tested it; and, of course, there's an entire section titled "Repository Browsing Tools" on the subversion site itself (http://subversion.tigris.org/project_links.html; scroll down).
