Ok, so let's get some more information about the problem.

Is the error message correct? Does F:\myFolder\.svn\text-base
\myFile.txt.svn-base exist?

Is there a case collisionódoes, for example, both myFile.txt and
myfile.txt exist within the same repository directory?
