Problems retrieving subversion file

I am trying to install and set up subversion for the first time. I am using Red Hat 7 and am unable to retrieve subversion-1.2.3-1.rh7x.i386.rpm from the downloads page. I was able to get the apache-libapr and neon packages, however when I right click and save target as.. it will time out after about an hour. Is there an alternate site I can download this package from?
