svn log --no-auth-cache redundant

Hi there,

Subversion Windows client 1.2.3 (also 1.0.6)
Win XP SP2

Despite taking --no-auth-cache svn log doesn't cache credentials when the flag is absent.
The implication of the --no-auth-cache flag is that it would.

Is this a bug or a feature? Whichever, I feel it should be documented. If it's a bug I'll
file a report.
