I believe there was at least 1 dump due to using xdelta as the new
compression algorithm instead of vdelta. There might have been another
bump related to locking (I don't recall for certain).

Either way, it doesn't matter. If you use 'svn blame' a lot, or you
want to use locks, then you'll want to do a dump and load. Otherwise,
it's perfectly fine to continue using the repository as-is. All tools
in the 1.x line will still continue work with your repository.
