This someone is the developer of TSVN - Stefan, in other words, if he
does not like the feature, you'll not see it in TSVN. Yeah it is windows
bug indeed, but a lot of people are experiencing such a problems, there
is a special group in the FAQ about that so it is not an minor issue.
The fact that TCVS have added it as an option also speaks for itself but
I guess it'll not make it in TSVN so alternatives are welcome, like your
tool :)
