Cool! I'd like to see that in practice soon, as I am tired of making not-so-clever-mistakes with my
home-brewn solutions for the same purpose.

Not using ACLs actively now, but this is in the TODO, so will be handy.
Other metadata (MD5 sums, symlinks, atime, mtime, etc.) should go as RFE.

Is the code in C or what?
If it is a language I "speak", I may be of help. i18n issues and testing as well (en,ja,bg,ru,de).

I will not ask if there will ba a pub subversion code repository :-)
