Wish: support for python 2.4 bindings

Python 2.4 was released on:

  November 30, 2004

Today I can download only: svn-win32-1.2.3_py.zip
which is for python 2.3 only.

For this reason the trac project say on
http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/wiki/TracInstall :

To install Trac, the following software packages must be installed:

    * Python, version >= 2.3.
          o Python 2.4 is not supported on Windows since there are no
            Subversion bindings available for it.

Could somebody have pitty and try to support ( or not to ignore) python 2.4
or whats the reason that after nearby one year its still unsupported?
