svn update -> skipped

Hi all,

Many thanks to one and all for their advice on installing subversion under Red Hat 9. By disregarding bdb with the 'without-berkeley-db' flag. All installed without a hitch.

However all was working for about 24 hours until this morning when an update command is issued I get the following back from svn :-

[root@P450 /]# svn update
Skipped '.'
[root@P450 /]#

Does anyone know what this skipped command as nothing will update at the moment??

I have even created a brand new repository in case something got corrupted but still no success.

Any ideas?

Regards
Philip Radford.
