Please help!
In bash, as *:dev, this is fine:
svn cat file:///var/repositories/EASA/common/foo/EAS.1310
From within Apache2 mod_perl, runnings as nobody:dev, the same command produces:
svn: Can't check path '/root/.subversion': Permission denied
How can I get this working, without resorting to using the SVN perl bindings? (I just don't have time.)
Is svn cat looking in /root/.subversion because httpd was started by root?
