Expand book section on multiple access methods to encompass FSFS repositories

The section in The Book on supporting multiple repository access
methods [1] is biased towards BDB repositories. ("Does every process
(or user) in the previous list have the rights to read and write the
Berkeley DB files?" "As a repository is used, Berkeley DB
occasionally creates new log files to journal its actions.") It would
be good if this were updated to also acknowledge the FSFS repository
type, since it is now the default repository type, and note any
differences in the given recommendations when applied to FSFS
repositories.
