Subject: Windows based installs

I set up Subversion on a Windows 2003 this weekend and I was wondering if
anyone had a pointer to a list of Windows specific issues or FAQ?

In specific, I have a couple of issues:

* SVN works fine on the local machine and I have a project already
setup, but whether I run SVNServe is inetd mode or in daemon mode, I can't
get my clients to connect to the repository (No connection could be made
because the target machine actively refused it.)

* If I use SVNService to launce SVN as a service under Windows 2003, I
get "SVNService service failed to start due to the following error:
SVNService is not a valid Win32 application."

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Rory
