No. Good point. Cannot read it right now, don't have access, but will do
so tomorrow. Even if that turns out to contain more information should
this not be in the book? Or is this a known TODO item that is just a
result of too many users and not enough documentation editors? I
volunteer to assist with documentation :) (no, seriously).
