pre-revprop-change documentation lacking

Hi all,

The pre-revprop-change documentation here:

doesn't mention anything about the exit code required. In order to get it to
allow me to commit changes I used this minimal script:

#!/bin/bash
exit 0

I needed to exit 0 to get it to allow the changes.

Am I missing something or do the docs need to be updated to reflect this?
