Nope. 'svn checkout' doesn't issue any GET requests. The whole tree
is streamed back in a single http response.

The whole .htaccess thing is circumvented and irrelevant; apache's
main engine is out of the picture in this scenario. mod_dav_svn is
wholly responsible for opening a bucket-brigade and streaming the
response directly from the repository database.
