They were addressed in releases that are at least a year old :)

CAN-2004-0413 was addressed in 1.0.5
CAN-2004-0749 was addressed in 1.0.8 and 1.1.0-rc4
CAN-2004-1438 was addressed in 1.0.6

The current stable release is 1.2.3
