svnadmin verify nightly bash script

For anyone who might find it useful see attached the script I am using to
nightly verify a directory tree that can contain repository directories as
direct children or deeper in the directory tree.

Credit to John Szakmeister as the inspiration for implementing this script for
our repositories.
