Q: Restore from hot-backup.py tool

From: Brent Webster <brent.webster_at_liquidcomputing.com>

Been using subversion for a couple of weeks now and the poor
Linux PC it was running on died totally -- no disk recovery.
I've been backing up the repository with hot-backup.py --
that's good but I'm not quite sure about the restore
procedures. The hot-backup.py looks like a direct copy (i.e.
cp -r) so can I simple copy it back into the same (but newly
created) top level directory?

Thanks Brent
