You'll simply need Subversion and Apache HTTPD. To ease administration
from the server, you might want TortoiseSVN; but that's optional. The
next question is: what authentication method do you want? Just look at
the docs. Setting up the server is pretty easy as long as you're going
for a basic install. There are tons of options, but the Svn/Httpd option
is the best, in my opinion.
