Minor install issue

Found that when installing tortoiseSVN on a system who's sound scheme is set to "No Sounds" that subversion installs its sounds without regard to the user's preference. Easy enough to modify after installation, but it really sucks that the installer isn't very accommodating to the user's current setup.
