example svnserve setup

Hi,

I'd like to point to my description of svnserve setup as a standalone
server on FC3 ( http:/friends.s5.net/pogacnik/svnserve.html ). It
contains a FC3 start-stop script for the svnserve daemon as well. I hope
that description is useful to someone, perhaps also to build an rpm for
it.
