Slide 24:
  - mod_authz_svn works on any path, including files. You just have to
specify a file path in an authz rule.
  - svnserve should soon support authz through a file identical to that
used by mod_authz_svn. The code is in trunk, and will probably be in 1.3 .

Slide 40: When the repo format changes, you must dump, *then* upgrade,
then load, not dump/load/upgrade.
