svnperms.conf

Dear all

My repository is set up
repos/trunk
repos/tags
repos/branches

trunk/.* = *(add,remove,update)
tags/[^/]+/ = *(add)
branches/[^/]+/.* = *(add,remove,update)

I'd like to set up the svnperms.conf so that no user can insert a new folder under repos, same under branches , can't create a new branch , but use the existing banches.

Can someone explain me the syntax to eb used for that.
