Hi,
When doing a commit in a relatively large repository ( 5000 files ) I
got this error:
svn: Can't move
'/cygdrive/c/xxxx/trunk/oracle/packages/.svn/tmp/entries' to
'/cygdrive/c/xxxx/trunk/oracle/packages/.svn/entries': Permission denied
I tried the commit twice, using the Cygwin svn 1.2.1 package, it failed
both times with the
Above error.
When I tried the same commit using TortoiseSVN ( svn 1.2.1 also ) the
commit worked out fine.
Does anybody have an idea what can cause this type of problem? Is there
a workaround available?
I'm under the impression that the Cygwin SVN packages are less stable,
failing more with network
problems or other unexplainable problems.
Who makes these Cygwin SVN packages? Is there somewhere some more
specific info available?
