[ANN] Sin 0.1 released

This is the first release of Sin. Sin is a framework for implementing
Continuous Integration on top of the Subversion version control system.
Sin can help improve the overall productivity of your development team
by reducing the number of build breakage experiences or even
eliminate them entirely.

This release supports both Windows and Linux. The release is available here:
