The TortoiseSVN project has SubWCRev
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/download.html

If you are using Windows and your clients use
the conventional .svn admin working copy directory
names (you'd know if you had done something special
to get _SVN directories for VS.NET Web Projects interoperability)... Then
this tool is perfect for you.

Otherwise, maybe you can port it to your platform.
