Subversion and Eclipse : how to change of branch ?

Hello!

When I worked with CVS, I had in my working copy a version of my sources
for trunc or a branch. So, there was no problem for Eclipse because
sources files were always in the same directory on my hard disk.

So, I don't see how to do the same thing using Subversion. My first idea
was to have the following structure on the server :

trunk/
branchs/b1/
branchs/b2/

And to get on my hard disk the good sources in my local working copy,
where Eclipse is configured to find the source.

But how to change of branch without to delete all my sources and to get
the sources of the good branch ?
