Missing something... include/exclude patterns...

Hi there,

Can someone englighten me.. was not able to find in help/faq/mailings
etc:

There is a global ignore list - fantastic. Well what about exceptions
from that... like svn:ignore *.exe -donttouch.exe for example. Missing
that a lot, hope it is present as feature, just unable to turn on...
