This is what I have up and running (Apache on Linux build from source,
LDAP on ActiveDirectory):

<Location /ICS>
   DAV svn
   SVNParentPath /svn/svn/ICS
   AuthzSVNAccessFile /usr/local/httpd-2.0.54/conf/svnaccess.ics
   SVNIndexXSLT "/svnindex.xsl"
   AuthType Basic
   AuthName "Access to ICS area"
   AuthLDAPEnabled on
   AuthLDAPAuthoritative on
   AuthLDAPBindDN "DOMAIN\\user"
   AuthLDAPBindPassword secret
   AuthLDAPUrl ldap://,DC=intershop,DC=net?sAMAccountName
   require valid-user

Note that DOMAIN\user must have access to sAMAccountName.
