Something grammatical on the installer (nit)

On the Windows installer for version 1.2.1, there is a window that at
one point says:

"Subversion are using some external programs and libraries included in
this package."

A slightly better grammatical form might be:

"Subversion uses some external programs and libraries (which are
included in this package)."

Or, alternatively:

"Subversion makes use of some external programs and libraries (which are
included in this package)."

Just a thought...
