Possible (nit) bug

I just installed the latest (1.2.1) Windows (XP) version of Subversion,
and I noticed a really small (nit) bug: for the program shortcuts that
get installed, go to Start -> All Programs -> Subversion -> Licenses ->
Subversion. This is a shortcut that is supposed to point to the license
text file: "C:\Program Files\Subversion\SubversionLicense.txt".

However, the file that the shortcut points to doesn't exist - it appears
to be missing in this release.

Or did I do something wrong on the install?? Can't think of what it
would be...
