Subeclipse error

Hi,
i have installed subversion on a Windows XP system, after i use
eclipse 3.1 with java 5. I installed subeclipse too. When i try to
synchronize a file or a folder of my project i obtain an error: "An
internal error occurred during: 'synchronyzing SVN (Workspace)'".
If i
try to commit a file, aftef confirm it, i have the follow error: "The
SVN synchronization information for 'myPrg' has become corrupt or does
not exist.

what could i do?
