As far as I know, there are no converters to go from SVN to VSS. In
fact, I've never heard of anyone wanting to do that before. I have a
feeling you're in a very lonely crowd.
There is a VSS->SVN converter available from http://
vss2svn.tigris.org. You might be able to use that as a starting
point for figuring out how to write a converter to go in the other
direction. I don't think it's a project that can be done by Tuesday,
though. Even if you could get a converter hacked together by then
that would perform the conversion, I wouldn't even consider using it
to create a live repository that's going to be used for storing real
work without at least several weeks of careful testing. Especially
if the target is VSS, which isn't exactly known for its repository
stability.
